SeaGlobal HR delivers senior HR advisory to companies that need more than their PEO or HRIS can provide. We work alongside your existing infrastructure — advising on employee relations matters, California compliance, performance management, and leave. Our role is advisory. We coach and prepare your designated employer representative to handle workplace matters correctly — protecting your process, your documentation, and your organization.

  • HR Partner — Active HR partnership with document preparation and proactive California compliance. Ideal for organizations of 25 to 75 employees.
  • Fractional HR Director — Senior HR leadership covering California leave management, RIF planning, and people strategy. Ideal for organizations of 50 to 150 employees.
  • Fractional CHRO — C-suite HR leadership including board advisory, compensation strategy, and M&A HR due diligence. Ideal for Series A and B companies of 100 to 300 employees.

SeaGlobal HR delivers senior HR advisory in Spanish — not translation, but full HR judgment in your employees' language. Available across all retainer tiers and project engagements. This includes bilingual document preparation, manager coaching for Spanish-speaking workforces, and employee relations advisory for Spanish-dominant situations.
