Lilian Caceros is a Senior Multilingual Leader and HR Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in Administrative functions and 20 years in Human Resources.  

She has held a variety of senior HR Executive roles in Multistate and Global Organizations within the United States.  She initially started her career in Administrative functions in Guatemala City.

She has provided insight and has helped different business  to structure and restructure  HR Units in organizations with an international presence.  Her method is a blend of intuitive creativity and  simplicity in both operational and strategic HR.

Lilian holds a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in Latin American Studies and has partnered with clinical psychotherapists and therapists in the US and Guatemala to further understand  human behavior and cultural nuances.  She also enjoys painting and learning different languages.
